TOBIE HAS A BACHELOR DEGREE OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND PROPERTY SPECIALISING IN QUANTITY SURVEYING. IT HAS PROVIDED HIM WITH PROFICIENT KNOWLEDGE OF ESTIMATING AND MANAGING ALL COSTS RELATED TO BUILDING.

Tobie has been working in the Construction Industry since he was still at University. He had successfully handled the pressure of academic work with part-time employment and church activities. 

Tobie was born in Indonesia and speaks fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia. During his early studies at University, he had also worked as an Administration & Enrolment Representative, which allowed him to develop his communication and time management skills.
