For over 15 years, Sam has specialised in providing Quantity Surveying consultancy advice to various financial institutions and the property development industry. Some of Sam’s experiences include working for his own family construction company, builder side construction management and client side construction consultancy. As a result of this experience base, he has developed an understanding of the whole construction industry.
